For Providers

PayAtlas Opportunities for Providers

  1. Become a part of a Provider Directory: Atlas is a Provider Directory that includes 1150 companies in one listing. As a Provider, your Company Profile can be listed among other Companies to attract new potential customers or partners and promote the services you deliver.

  2. Make the Brand visible and promote it: Vivid Company and Profile management can strongly influence your overall branding activities. A well-crafted and relevant Profile speaks to your target audience and can drastically increase engagement. Thus, ensure you fill in the Profile accurately and consider its optimisation strategies. Additionally, PSPs can create content to work with the broader audience and share ideas or the latest industry updates.

  3. Receive collaboration requests: You can leave contact information on your public Profile to showcase that you are open to communication. Also, you can receive direct requests from Merchants if your services and their needs match.

  4. Get the Reviews: You can ask your clients to leave a Review on our platform. The more Reviews, the stronger the trust building will be between you and your potential clients.

  5. Analyse Competitors: You can research your competitors and gain insights into how to build a strong marketing plan, engage with the community, and prioritise features or services.

Provider Onboarding

Onboarding stage Provider steps Team support
1.Awareness & Consideration The stage presupposes getting to know PayAtlas for the first time. Apparently, PSP can learn or hear about the platform in the following ways:
⇢ Reading a PayAtlas-related article;
⇢ Receiving an info letter from our team.
⇢ Surfing the Provider Program section on our landing page.
⇢ Clicking Join as PSP.
⇢ PayAtlas team sends an info letter to a PSP and shows continuous support by answering questions or providing additional details.
⇢ The info letter often contains the platform presentation and needed Profile links.
2.Activation The stage where a PSP sets the journey to a public launch, namely:
⇢ Creates a user account;
⇢ Adds a Company;
⇢ Fills in a Company Profile;
⇢ Undergoes Moderation;
⇢ Receives the validation notification that the Profile is published.
Our team checks the filled Profile fields and participates in the Moderation procedure.
⇢ After the Moderation is done, our team publishes a Profile.
3.Success After successfully publishing the Profile, it automatically participates in the matching mechanism. A Merchant fills in a specific form, and the system finds the best-suited Provider per the Merchant's needs. The flow is the following:
⇢ A PSP receives an email with Merchant information from our side and confirms their willingness to proceed.
⇢ After receiving the introduction email, a PSP continues communicating with Merchant to turn a new lead into a client.
⇢ Our team is available to answer the questions that may arise.
4.Engagement After the Profile is successfully published on the platform, the next steps are as follows:
⇢ We encourage PSPs to share their success cases with others. Thus, a PSP has an opportunity to prepare a related Article on our platform.
⇢ Also, a PSP can buy a badge that signifies it is a trusted Provider. The PayAtlas badge allows Providers to increase their ranking.
⇢ A PSP can participate in our Referral program.
⇢ Our team helps with successful case preparation and sends the well-deserved badge to its new holder.
5.Advocacy & Loyalty ⇢ A PSP analyses the overall performance and updates the Profile regularly to receive the relevant Merchants' requests.
⇢ A PSP participates in different PayAtlas programs.
⇢ Our team can frequently ask you for feedback to improve our collaboration/partnership.
