Once the Company Profile is complete, our team starts the Moderation process to perform final checks and request any necessary clarifications based on the provided Company details.
What is Moderation?
Moderation is a process of reviewing and validating the Company Profile to guarantee its data meets the platform quality standards, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
Moderation is a core part of the platform governance at PayAtlas, helping to maintain a high standard of information reliability. This allows users to make informed decisions, identify relevant partners, and evaluate opportunities.
Why does Moderation matter?
-
Data consistency: Moderation ensures that submitted Company data is complete, accurate and standardised. In turn, the clear and concise information leads to consistency across the platform.
-
Trust and integrity: After the Moderation process, the Company Profiles are ready to be published and build trust due to additional checks that were conducted.
-
Risk mitigation: Moderation prevents users from misleading promotional information or prohibited claims, thereby reducing the risks that might arise.
