Company data signifies the specific information that a particular Company should prepare beforehand to fill in the Profile.

At PayAtlas, we have a list of fields required to create and publish the Company Profile entity. The data scope differs in each case. Thus, let's overview the specifics.

To create a Company Profile

You cannot initiate creating a Profile unless any of these fields are filled.

State: The Company status includes active, inactive and archived options.
Name: The Company main name that the users can refer to.
Type: The Company can possess one type: Payment Service Provider(PSP) or Merchant.
Verification Status: A Company acquires the status when the Verification procedure is complete, namely verified, unverified, pending or scam.
Service: The services a Company delivers to its customers.

To publish a Profile

The list of required fields for a Profile publication.

Logo: An image that serves as a visual brand representation of a given Company.
Description: A concise summary of the Company's information and core offerings.
Tagline: A short phrase that captures the Company's brand essence.
Head office: The primary physical location of a Company, its actual registered address.
Year of incorporation: The year when a Company was established.
Media links: The URLs to the Company's media resources and socials.
Countries: The enumeration of countries in which a Company operates.
Industries: The industries a Company is working with.
Risk level: The evaluation of the Company's operational or financial risk based on the industry standards and the business positioning.
Business size: The number of employees a Company counts.
Currencies: The enumeration of the Company's supported currencies.
