Pecunpay is the commercial brand of Pecunia Cards EDE S.L., an Electronic Money Institution operating under the supervision of the Bank of Spain. Pecunpay offers a variety of payment products and solutions tailored to the operational and specific needs of different sectors or customer groups — including individuals, retailers, and businesses. These include white-label prepaid cards, mobile payment and collection solutions (via an app compatible with iOS and Android), POS terminals and payment gateways for both in-person and online environments. It also offers the ability to receive deposits, which allows it, for example, to safeguard the funds of crowdfunding platforms, among other services. Pecunpay was founded with the mission of improving and adding value to payment systems in Spain, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience in electronic money processes.
