UPC has developed the payment platform "UnivaPay," incorporating 20 years of experience and learning, managing everything from development to sales in-house. Our goal is not just to enable the use of various payment services collectively, but to create an evolved consumer experience as a comprehensive payment platform that can be utilized across various business domains. UPC was the first in Japan to implement the online use of the overseas QR code payment service "Alipay." Since then, we have engaged in negotiations with foreign companies to make a variety of overseas mobile payment options available in Japan. Since 2017, we have released the "UnivaPay StoreApp," allowing inbound foreign tourists to Japan to use familiar payment methods while visiting.
